Chapter 39 Oregon Laws 2001

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5002

 

Relating to the financial administration of the Oregon Department of Aviation; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following amounts are established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as the maximum limits for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, and including federal funds from the Federal Aviation Administration, collected or received by the Oregon Department of Aviation, for the following purposes:

 

           (1)     Operations.........................    $   13,215,371

           (2)     Search and Rescue............    $        125,104

           (3)     Capital Improvements......    $        339,250

 

          SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other law, all sections of this 2001 Act are subject to Oregon Department of Administrative Services rules related to allotting, controlling and encumbering funds.

 

          SECTION 3. This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
