Chapter 105 Oregon Laws 2001
AN ACT
SB 5522
Relating to the financial
administration of certain health-related occupational licensing boards;
limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $483,912 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the State Board of Clinical Social Workers.
SECTION 2.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $376,065 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional
Counselors and Therapists.
SECTION 3.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $1,616,949 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Oregon Board of Dentistry.
SECTION 4.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $56,748 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians.
SECTION 5.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $985,855 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the State Mortuary and Cemetery Board.
SECTION 6.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $310,634 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Board of Naturopathic Examiners.
SECTION 7.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $178,487 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home
Administrators.
SECTION 8.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $223,039 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
SECTION 9.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $2,358,405 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the State Board of Pharmacy.
SECTION 10.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $389,372 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the State Board of Radiologic Technology.
SECTION 11.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $150,073 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the State Board of Examiners for
Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
SECTION 12.
Notwithstanding any other law, the
amount of $429,477 is established for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, as
the maximum limit for payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds, collected or received by the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining
Board.
SECTION 13.
Notwithstanding any other law limiting
expenditures of the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board for the
payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds, for the
biennium ending June 30, 2001, the limitation on expenditures for the Oregon
State Veterinary Medical Examining Board established by section 14, chapter
228, Oregon Laws 1999, as modified by Emergency Board action, is increased by
$31,037.
SECTION 14.
Notwithstanding any other law, all
sections of this 2001 Act are subject to Oregon Department of Administrative
Services rules related to allotting, controlling, and encumbering funds.
SECTION 15.
This 2001 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect on its passage.
