AN ACT

SB 5548

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. To carry out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fee increases, approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services for the Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development, are approved as follows:

(1) GED testing fee.................... $ 25

(2) GED transcripts and

duplicate certificates............ $ 5

SECTION 2. This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
