Relating to Home Ownership Assistance Account; repealing sections 4 and 5, chapter 174, Oregon Laws 1995.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Sections 4 and 5, chapter 174, Oregon Laws 1995, are repealed.
