Relating to use fuel tax.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made a part of ORS 319.510 to 319.880.

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Transportation may enter into agreements with the governing body of any Indian tribe residing on a reservation in Oregon to provide for the administration of the tax imposed under ORS 319.510 to 319.880.
