Relating to taxation.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made a part of ORS chapter 307.

SECTION 2. Licenses granted by the Federal Communications Commission are exempt from ad valorem property taxation, and the value of the licenses may not be reflected in the value of real or tangible personal property.

SECTION 3. Section 2 of this 2001 Act applies to tax years beginning on or after July 1, 2001.
