AN ACT
SB 5508
Relating to the financial
administration of the Department of Consumer and Business Services; and
declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1.
For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fee increases, approved by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Department of Consumer
and Business Services are approved as follows:
(1) Boiler and pressure vessel
program fees:
(a) No more than 50 square feet
of heating
surface..................... $ 71.50
(b) 51 to 500 square feet of
heating
surface.......................... $ 93.50
(c) 501 to 1,000 square feet of
heating
surface.......................... $ 110
(d) More than 1,000 square feet of
heating

SECTION 2.
This 2001 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
