Chapter 590 Oregon Laws 2001
AN ACT
SB 5516
Relating to the financial
administration of the Department of Environmental Quality; and declaring an
emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1.
For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1), the following new fee, approved by the Oregon
Department of Administrative Services, for the Department of Environmental
Quality is approved as follows:
Water Quality Division:
The owner of a
holding
tank regulated under
WPCF
permit submitting an
annual written
certification, on a
department approved
form, that the
holding
tank has been
operated
the previous year in
full compliance with
the
permit and that the
previous year
service
log for the holding
tank is available
for inspection by

SECTION 2.
For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1), the following fee increases, approved by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services, for the Department of
Environmental Quality are approved as follows:

SECTION 3.
This 2001 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
