Relating to special districts; amending ORS 554.390.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. ORS 554.390 is amended to read:

554.390. A drainage district or a diking district shall not be dissolved and reorganized under ORS 554.320 and 554.375 to 554.390 after December 31, [1999] 2004.
