Chapter 813 Oregon Laws 2001

 

AN ACT

 

HB 5032

 

Relating to state financial administration; and declaring an emergency.

 

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

 

          SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new fees, adopted by the State Board of Tax Service Examiners and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

      (1)    Web page advertising fee         $               5

      (2)    Web page linkage fee                $               5

 

 

          SECTION 2. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following fees, increased by the specified boards and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

 

      (1)    Oregon Board of Accountancy:

      (a)    Permit fee for an individual     $           150

      (b)   License application fee              $           150

      (c)    Certificate application fee        $           150

      (d)   Initial firm registration             $           100

      (e)    Maximum civil penalties           $        5,000

      (2)    Public Employees Retirement

              Board:

      (a)    Social Security

              administrative fee                      $   1.50 per

                                                                     member,

                                                                    minimum

                                                                       $20 per

                                                                  participating

                                                                    employer

      (b)   Public Employee Benefit

              Equalization Fund set up fee   $ 1,000 each

 

          SECTION 3. This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect July 1, 2001.
