                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Education Leadership Team; amending section 7,
  chapter 1080, Oregon Laws 1999; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 7, chapter 1080, Oregon Laws 1999, is
amended to read:
   { +  Sec. 7. + } Sections 1 to 6 { + , + }   { - of this 1999
Act - }   { + chapter 1080, Oregon Laws 1999, + } are repealed
July 1,   { - 2001 - }  { +  2003 + }.
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2001 Act being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act takes effect June 30,
2001. + }
