  On page 3, lines 40 through 42, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 5, lines 13 through 23, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 27, restore '(3)' and delete '(4)'.
  In lines 33 through 42, restore the bracketed material and
delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 6, lines 20 through 25, restore the bracketed material
and delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 23, after the period insert 'The department shall adopt
rules authorizing concurrent participation on a temporary basis
in response to emergency circumstances.'.
  In lines 31 through 34, restore the bracketed material and

insert:
