insert '$8,000'.
  In lines 17 through 24, delete the boldfaced material.
  In lines 27 through 30, restore the bracketed material.
  In line 41, delete 'if' and insert 'only under circumstances
described in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) of this subsection'.
  In line 43, delete the semicolon and insert a period.
  In line 45, delete '; or' and insert a period.
  On page 6, delete line 1 and insert:
  ' (c)(A) There is a buyer of the manufactured structure or
floating home at a sale described in subsection (11) of this
section;
  ' (B) The current market value of the manufactured structure or
floating home is $8,000 or less; and
  ' (C) The proceeds of the sale are insufficient to'.
