  In line 2 of the printed bill, before the period insert '; and
declaring an emergency'.
  In line 6, after 'into' insert 'arrangements,'.
  In line 9, after 'include' delete the rest of the line and line
10 and insert 'health care services and assistance, including
providing pharmaceuticals, treatment services, transport
services, training assistance, security assistance and tactical
assistance.'.
  In line 11, delete 'A' and insert 'An arrangement,'.
  In line 12, after 'personnel' insert ', supplies'.
  After line 13, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2001 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act
takes effect September 1, 2001. + } ' .
