  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 37, after '(j)' insert ' If
included in taxable income for federal tax purposes,'.
  On page 3, delete lines 32 through 37 and insert:
  ' (k) The amount of a nonqualified withdrawal, as defined in
ORS 348.841, from a qualified tuition savings program account
established under ORS 348.841 to 348.873, to the extent the
amount added to federal taxable income under this paragraph does
not exceed the lesser of:
  ' (A) The total amount contributed to the account within 12
months preceding the date of the nonqualified withdrawal; or
  ' (B) $2,000.'.
