On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete '98.332' and
insert '98.329' and after '98.334,' insert '98.336,'.
In line 6, delete 'yearly' and insert 'regular' and delete
'distribute' and insert 'provide'.
In line 7, before 'materials' insert 'or informational ' and
after 'educational' insert 'or informational'.
In line 13, after '(2)' insert 'Upon request by' and delete
'may consult with' and insert a comma.
In line 14, after 'State' delete the rest of the line and
insert 'shall:'.
Delete lines 15 through 25 and insert:
' (a) Assist the Division of State Lands in determining which
persons are required to file a report under ORS 98.352; and
' (b) Allow the Division of State Lands to include information
about unclaimed property reporting requirements in the regular
mailings of the Department of Revenue.

' 98.329. A holder, with the written consent of the Division of

the owner for more than two years is presumed abandoned.

enforcement agency, public corporation or public authority that
has remained unclaimed by the owner for more than two years is
presumed abandoned.'.
