AN ACT
Relating to wildlife fees; repealing sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19 and 23, chapter 1006, Oregon Laws 1999; and prescribing
an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Sections 13 (amending ORS 497.022), 14
(amending ORS 497.102), 15 (amending ORS 497.112), 16 (amending
ORS 497.121), 17 (amending ORS 497.132), 18 (amending ORS
497.151), 19 (amending ORS 497.156) and 23, chapter 1006, Oregon
Laws 1999, are repealed. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2001 Act takes effect on December 31,
2001. + }
