  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete lines 17 and
18 and insert:
  ' (2) 'Multiunit rental housing':
  ' (a) Means residential property consisting of four or more
dwelling units; and
  ' (b) Does not include assisted living facilities.'.
  On page 2, line 25, delete 'lesser' and insert 'lowest'.
  In line 27, delete 'or'.
  In line 29, delete the period and insert '; or
  ' (c) The real market value of the property.'.
  On page 3, line 30, delete 'special assessment'.
  In line 31, after 'and' insert 'stabilized'.
  In line 32, delete ', excluding income and expenses of a
nonrecurring nature,'.
  In line 41, delete 'real' and insert 'unrestricted'.
  In line 42, delete 'by' and insert 'based on'.
  On page 4, line 2, delete the second 'is' and insert 'may be'.
  In line 13, after 'and' insert 'stabilized'.
