  On page 3 of the printed bill, delete lines 4 through 8 and
insert:
  ' (6) 'Youth correction facility' means:
  ' (a) A youth correction facility as defined in ORS 420.005;
and
  ' (b) A detention facility as defined in ORS 419A.004.'.
  On page 10, delete lines 2 and 3 and insert:
  ' (A) A transcript of a student's Youth Corrections Education
Program academic record;'.
  On page 11, delete lines 28 through 31 and insert:
  ' (4) 'Youth correction facility' means a facility used for the
confinement of youth offenders and other persons placed in the
legal or physical custody of the youth authority and includes
secure regional youth facilities, regional accountability camps,
residential academies and satellites, camps and branches of those
facilities.'.
