  Authorizes Department of Transportation to enter into agreement
with Indian tribe regarding administration of certain motor
vehicle taxes.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to use fuel tax.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS 319.510 to 319.880. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
Department of Transportation may enter into agreements with the
governing body of any Indian tribe residing on a reservation in
Oregon to provide for the administration of the tax imposed under
ORS 319.510 to 319.880. + }
