  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 16 and 17 and
insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + } (1) The quality goals for the state's
system of kindergarten through grade 12 public education'.
  In line 20, delete 'commission' and insert 'Quality Education
Commission'.
  In line 37, delete 'models' and insert 'approaches'.
  Delete lines 40 through 42 and insert:
  ' (a) Demonstrates that the amount within the Governor's budget
appropriated for the state's system of kindergarten through grade
12 public education is the amount of moneys as determined by the
Quality Education Commission that is sufficient to meet the
quality goals; or'.
  On page 3, delete lines 21 through 23 and insert:
  ' (a) Demonstrate that the amount within the budget
appropriated for the state's system of kindergarten through grade
12 public education is the amount of moneys as determined by the
Quality Education Commission that is sufficient to meet the
quality goals; or'.
