  On page 3 of the printed A-engrossed bill, after line 5,
insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + In addition to and not in lieu of
any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the Local
Option Equalization Grants Account, for the biennium beginning
July 1, 2001, out of the General Fund, the amount of $600,000,
which may be expended by the Department of Education for the
purposes of sections 2 and 3 of this 2001 Act. + } ' .
  In line 6, delete '5' and insert '6'.
