  In line 11 of the printed bill, after the period insert 'The
department shall include the address of a website or other place
where more detailed information about the budget is available.'.
  Delete lines 12 through 16 and insert:
  ' (3) The outline of the budget report shall include, for each
agency, in a format that provides side-by-side comparison, the
following columns:
  ' (a) The amount of General Fund and lottery appropriations for
the current budget period;
  ' (b) The amount of any caseload or inflation adjustment;
  ' (c) The amount of General Fund and lottery appropriations
requested in the Governor's budget for the next budget period;
and
  ' (d) The percentage increase or decrease in General Fund and
lottery appropriations from the current to the next budget
period.'.
                         ----------
