  Delete lines 14 through 16 of the printed A-engrossed bill and
insert:
  ' (c) Is carrying a minor in the open bed of a motor vehicle
and the minor is being transported in the course and scope of
farming or ranching activities and is a family member of the farm
or ranch employer or manager. For purposes of this paragraph, '
family member' includes, but is not limited to, a child,
stepchild, nephew, niece, cousin, grandchild or great-grandchild
of the farm or ranch employer or manager.'.
