and before the period insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  In line 17, delete 'according to'.
  In line 18, delete 'the court's determination of the best
interests of the child'.
  In line 20, delete 'and'.
  In line 22, after 'exist' delete the rest of the line.
  In line 23, delete 'ical, emotional or physical harm to the
child' and delete the period and insert '; and'.
  After line 23, insert:
