  Delete lines 5 through 8 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + The Tobacco Settlement Funds
Account is established as an account in the General Fund. The
account shall consist of all moneys paid to this state by United
States tobacco products manufacturers under the Master Settlement
Agreement of 1998. + } ' .
  In line 9, after 'Account' delete the rest of the line.
  In line 13, after '293.790' insert a period and delete the rest
of the line and line 14.
