  Requires Department of Transportation to give high priority to
projects for maintenance and preservation of highways that serve
recycling centers.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to highways serving recycling centers.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + (1) As used in this section, 'STIP' has the
meaning given in ORS 184.610.
  (2) In developing the STIP, the Department of Transportation
shall give high priority to projects for maintenance and
preservation of highways that serve recycling centers. + }
