Legislative Committee on Ways and Means on use of moneys obtained
through sale of salmon license plates.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to moneys obtained through salmon license plate program.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Section 2 of this 2001 Act is added to and made
a part of ORS chapter 390. + }
SECTION 2. { + On or before January 15 of each odd-numbered
year, the State Parks and Recreation Director shall report to the
Joint Legislative Committee on Ways and Means created by ORS
171.555 on the use of moneys deposited pursuant to ORS 805.256 in
the State Parks and Recreation Department Fund. The director
shall make the report in a form and manner as the committee may
prescribe. + }
