  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete lines 31
through 34 and insert:
  ' (3) The limitation on liability provided by this section does
not apply unless the pruning or removal complies with rules
adopted by the Public Utility Commission relating to pruning or
removal. In adopting rules, the commission shall give
consideration to the American National Standard for Tree Care
Operations adopted by the American National Standards
Institute.'.
