Care Financing Administration billing, reimbursement and
reporting forms instead of Office of Medical Assistance Programs
forms if Health Care Financing Administration forms contain
substantially same information as Office of Medical Assistance
Programs forms.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Office of Medical Assistance Programs forms.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Office of Medical Assistance Programs shall
accept Health Care Financing Administration billing,
reimbursement and reporting forms instead of Office of Medical
Assistance Programs billing, reimbursement and reporting forms if
the Health Care Financing Administration forms contain
substantially the same information as required by the Office of
Medical Assistance Programs forms. + }
