  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 18, after 'election '
delete the rest of the line and insert 'in the manner provided by
the Department of Revenue.'.
  In line 19, delete 'venue. On the form, the taxpayer shall
state' and insert 'In making the election, the taxpayer shall
determine'.
  On page 2, line 1, delete 'form on' and insert 'manner in'.
