  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 8, restore ' nonprofit,'.
  In line 9, after 'Oregon' delete the rest of the line and
insert a semicolon.
  After line 9, insert:
  ' (b) Any four-year, for-profit, generally accredited
institution of higher education in Oregon, whether or not the
institution is headquartered in this state;'.
  In line 10, delete '(b)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 11, delete '(c)' and insert '(d)'.
  On page 2, line 8, after the comma insert 'nonprofit,'.
  In line 9, after 'Oregon' delete the rest of the line and
insert a semicolon.
  After line 9, insert:
  ' (B) Any four-year, for-profit, generally accredited
institution of higher education in Oregon, whether or not the
institution is headquartered in this state;'.
  In line 10, delete '(B)' and insert '(C)'.
  In line 11, delete '(C)' and insert '(D)'.
