  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 10, delete 'nine' and
insert '10'.
  Delete lines 19 through 23 and insert:
  ' (d) The council shall have at least one member who is a
physician licensed to practice in this state. For the purposes of
this paragraph, 'physician' has the meaning given that term in
ORS 677.010.'.
