  In line 8 of the printed bill, delete 'greater than 95 miles
per hour.' and insert 'over 30 miles per hour in excess of the
designated speed limit or any posted speed. This paragraph does
not apply to an operator of an emergency vehicle in the course of
the operator's official duty.'.
