A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to a study by the Department of Transportation.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Department of Transportation shall study
the feasibility of adding express lanes to U.S. Route 26 between
Portland and Hillsboro to enable traffic to move more
efficiently. The department shall report its findings to the
Seventy-second Legislative Assembly. + }
SECTION 2. { + This 2001 Act is repealed on January 2,
2004. + }
