  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 6, delete 'If'.
  In line 7, after 'body' insert 'that' and after the first '
authority' delete the rest of the line.
  In line 8, delete 'housing units, the governing body shall '
and insert 'may'.
  In line 11, delete 'An' and insert 'At least one' and delete
'of the city or county'.
  In line 12, after the period insert 'The second appointed
commissioner, if any, at a minimum must live within the
jurisdiction of the authority.'.
  In line 15, after 'commissioner' delete the rest of the line.
