city' delete the rest of the line and insert 'or any entity
created by a city.'.
  In line 20, delete 'Access to the ability to transmit' and
insert 'Transmission of'.
  On page 2, line 12, delete 'and once every three years
thereafter,'.
  On page 4, line 6, delete 'department, di-' and insert ' public
body as defined in ORS 192.410'.
  In line 7, delete 'vision or other subdivision of the local
government'.
