  In line 11 of the printed bill, after 'installing' insert ' ,
substantially repairing'.
  In line 14, after 'install' insert ', substantially repair'.
  In line 16, after 'monitor' delete the rest of the line.
  After line 20, insert:
  ' (5) The department shall prioritize the expenditure of moneys
from the fund for stream flow gauges, measuring devices and
headgates with measuring devices in the following descending
order:
  ' (a) Installation.
  ' (b) Replacement.
  ' (c) Substantial repair.'.
