  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 22, after the period delete
the rest of the line and lines 23 through 31 and insert ' When
establishing standards for the authorization of a dwelling under
this paragraph, the Land Conservation and Development Commission
shall also adopt rules that take into consideration the
capability of the lot or parcel, including the size and soil
class of the lot or parcel, the agricultural activities on
adjacent lots or parcels and other relevant factors.'.
  On page 7, line 45, delete the boldfaced material.
  On page 8, delete lines 1 through 9 and insert 'When
establishing standards for the authorization of a dwelling under
