                          AMENDMENTS TO
                         HOUSE BILL 2714

Speaker Simmons:
  A minority of your Committee on Water and Environment, to whom
was referred House Bill 2714, having had the same under
consideration, respectfully reports it back with the
recommendation that it do pass with the following amendments:
 
  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 22, after the period delete
the rest of the line and lines 23 through 31 and insert ' When
establishing standards for the authorization of a dwelling under
this paragraph, the Land Conservation and Development Commission
may not adopt rules that allow a dwelling based on the capability
of the lot or parcel, without regard to the actual agricultural
production, or based on the agricultural activities on adjacent
lots or parcels.'.
  On page 7, line 45, delete the boldfaced material and insert '

under this paragraph, the Land Conservation and Development

  On page 12, line 26, delete the boldfaced material and insert '
