  In line 2 of the printed bill, after the semicolon insert '
creating new provisions; and'.
  In line 7, delete 'cooperatives' and insert 'cooperative
corporations'.
  In line 10, delete 'and'.
  In line 12, delete the period and insert ';
  ' (3) Allows the commission to regulate access charges imposed
by unincorporated associations and cooperative corporations; and
  ' (4) Requires unincorporated associations and cooperative
corporations to provide information to the commission that the
commission deems necessary to establish new extended service
areas.
