  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 7, after '(1)' delete the
rest of the line and lines 8 and 9 and insert 'A local public
health authority shall offer to test the blood of an individual
for hepatitis C when the individual has a known risk factor for
hepatitis C infection.'.
