  Allows certification of inspectors to perform final inspections
on all aspects of One and Two Family Dwelling Code, subject to
limitations on scope of final inspection.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to building code inspectors.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Pursuant to ORS 455.622, the Department of
Consumer and Business Services may allow the certification of
special inspectors to perform final inspections under all aspects
of the One and Two Family Dwelling Code. A special inspector may
perform a final inspection for an aspect of the code in which the
inspector is not otherwise licensed, provided that the final
inspection consists only of ensuring that work previously ordered
by an inspector licensed in that aspect has been completed. + }
