Construction Contractors Board as representing construction
contractors,'.
  Delete lines 10 through 12.
  In line 13, delete '(c)' and insert '(b)' and after '
accredited' insert 'college or'.
  In line 15, delete '(d)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 16, delete 'Construction Contractors'.
  In line 25, after 'requirements' insert 'imposed by the entity
issuing the credential'.
  In line 26, after 'activity' insert ', if the requirements were
clearly stated in writing and provided to the contractor by the
entity'.
