  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, delete 'and' and before
the period insert '; and declaring an emergency'.
  On page 3, delete line 36 and insert 'blood or marriage or has
a significant relationship with the other person at the present,
or who has been related or has had a significant relationship at
some time in'.
  On page 4, after line 6, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2001 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2001 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
