  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after the semicolon
insert 'appropriating money;'.
  In line 5, delete '13' and insert '14'.
  In line 16, delete 'disability' and insert ' disabilities'.
  In line 23, delete 'and'.
  In line 25, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (14) Organizations representing bankers and the banking
industry.'.
  On page 2, after line 16, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 7. + }  { + In addition to and not in lieu of
any other appropriation, there is appropriated to the Department
of Human Services, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2001, out
of the General Fund, the amount of $5,000, which may be expended
for section 4 of this 2001 Act. + } ' .
  In line 17, delete '7' and insert '8'.
