  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 6, after 'law' insert ' or
authorized by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services'.
  In line 8, after 'than' insert '90 days from the date the
account was liquidated if no payment has been received on the
account within 90 days or 90 days from the date of receipt of the
most recent payment on the account. The Oregon Department of
Administrative Services may not authorize an agency to keep a
liquidated and delinquent account longer than'.
  In lines 9 through 11, restore the bracketed material and
delete the boldfaced material.
  In line 14, after 'period' insert 'or the period authorized by
the Oregon Department of Administrative Services'.
  Delete line 17 and insert 'lecting a liquidated and delinquent
account.'.
  In line 20, after the period insert 'A state agency may not add
a fee under this paragraph that exceeds the collection fee of the
private collection agency, as determined by the private
collection agency's contract with the state under paragraph (a)
of this subsection.'.
  Delete lines 21 through 23.
  In line 30, after 'liquidation' insert 'or the date of receipt
of the most recent payment on the account'.
