  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after the first
semicolon delete the rest of the line and line 3 and insert 'and
prescribing an effective date.'.
  Delete lines 5 through 31 and delete page 2 and insert:

shall remove the raised median on Highway 219 between the
Interstate 5 southbound ramp and Woodland Avenue upon receipt of
private funds in an amount that fully covers the cost of the
removal under this section. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + This 2001 Act takes effect on the
91st day after the date on which the regular session of the
Seventy-first Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die. + } ' .
