                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to state highways; and prescribing an effective date.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Department of Transportation shall remove
the raised median on Highway 219 between the Interstate 5
southbound ramp and Woodland Avenue upon receipt of private funds
in an amount that fully covers the cost of the removal under this
section. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2001 Act takes effect on the 91st day
after the date on which the regular session of the Seventy-first
Legislative Assembly adjourns sine die. + }
