  In line 6, delete 'similar group convened' and insert ' with
the authority'.
  In line 7, after 'mendations' insert 'to the Department of
Human Services'.
  In line 9, after 'to' delete the rest of the line and line 10
and insert 'advisory committee meetings attended by two or more
advisory committee members who are not employed by a public
body.'.
